Who Leads This Work
Dr. John W. Cassidy brings a rare integration of clinical and executive expertise. Trained in neurology and psychiatry at Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital and McLean Hospital, he served as founder, CEO, and Chief Medical Officer of a major healthcare system.
That clinical understanding of how pressure changes human judgment and behavior, paired with decades of institutional leadership, produces a quality of insight that conventional executive coaching cannot reach.
Today, Dr. Cassidy’s work centers on leadership formation through Apex Horizon Consulting Group, alongside select writing projects, advisory engagements, and speaking appearances.
